Request deletion of your CleanPlus account and associated personal data held by Bachra LTD. You don’t need to sign in or have the app installed.

Request account or data deletion

Email azem13186@gmail.com with the subject CleanPlus account and data deletion. Tell us which Google sign-in email you used for CleanPlus and what you would like deleted.

Prepare deletion email

This opens a draft in your email app; you must send it to submit your request. You may also write to the address above from any email service. Do not include your Google password or copies of identity documents.

What happens next?

  1. We identify your request.

    We may ask you to confirm control of the email associated with the account. We only ask for information necessary to prevent someone else from deleting your data.

  2. We delete the account and associated data.

    For a verified account-deletion request, we delete the CleanPlus account, sign-in profile, and associated personal data under our control, and request deletion from relevant service providers where applicable. Deactivation alone is not deletion.

  3. We explain the outcome.

    We respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If a permitted exception or extension applies, we explain why, what must be retained, and for how long.

What is covered?

Your request can cover your CleanPlus account, Google sign-in profile held for CleanPlus, and related identifiable app or support data we control. You may also request deletion of support correspondence without deleting an account. Analytics or advertising data already aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked to you may not be individually retrievable.

What may need to be retained?

We may retain limited records where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or establishing or defending legal claims. We restrict those records to that purpose and delete or anonymize them when retention is no longer necessary. We explain any applicable exception when responding to your request.

What stays on your phone?

Media scanning happens on your device. We do not hold your photo, video, or junk-file contents on our servers. An account-deletion request does not remotely delete personal photos or videos from your phone. To remove local app settings and temporary app data, use Android Settings → Apps → CleanPlus → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall CleanPlus. Device menus and backup behavior vary.

Your Google account and other controls

Deleting a CleanPlus account does not delete your Google account. You can independently review or revoke CleanPlus access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access or uninstalling the app does not by itself request deletion of account data held by us.
