1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Bachra LTD ("we", "us", or "our") provides CleanPlus, an Android cleaning app with package name com.cleanplus.photo.trash.storage, and this website at cleanplusapp.org. This policy covers our handling of personal information through the app, website, and related support communications.

Bachra LTD is responsible for the personal information it determines how and why to process. To ask about privacy or exercise a right, email azem13186@gmail.com. This policy concerns CleanPlus; other Bachra LTD apps have their own disclosures.

2. Photos, videos, and files: local processing

CleanPlus uses the photos, videos, and files you permit it to access to identify similar photos, show large videos, and find removable junk files. This can involve reading media content and file information, such as file size, format, location on the device, and similarity information needed for the cleaning feature.

Scanning and analysis are performed on your device. We do not upload your photo, video, or junk-file contents to our servers or third parties for cleaning. These contents are not provided to advertising or analytics services. Temporary scan results and local app data remain subject to Android storage, app-data, and permission controls.

Deleting media through a cleaning feature changes the files on your device. It is separate from deleting your CleanPlus account or personal information held by us. Review files and keep a separate backup before removal; recovery is not guaranteed.

3. Other information we process and why

Google sign-in and account information

If you sign in with Google, we process the sign-in identifiers and authentication information needed to establish and maintain your CleanPlus account. Depending on the profile information and permissions supplied by Google, this may include your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We use this information for authentication, account administration, and responding to account requests. We do not receive your Google password.

Analytics and app interactions

Firebase Analytics processes information about how the app is used, such as app opens, screen and feature interactions, session information, app version, device model, operating system, language, app-instance identifiers, and approximate geographic information derived from network data. We use this to understand feature use and improve the app. Analytics does not involve uploading the contents of your media library.

Crashes and diagnostics

Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and technical information such as stack traces, crash timestamps, app and operating-system versions, device model, installation identifiers, and diagnostic context. We use this information to find and fix reliability problems. We do not use crash reports to transmit your photo, video, or junk-file contents.

Advertising data

CleanPlus contains ads served through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares information such as IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), device or advertising identifiers where available, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Google and its advertising partners use this information to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain their services. Whether advertising is personalized depends on your region, device settings, age-related requirements, and consent where required. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Support and privacy requests

When you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot, verify account or privacy requests where necessary, and maintain appropriate records. Please do not send passwords, sensitive images, or more information than is needed for your request.

Legal bases where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request for account and support functions; legitimate interests in maintaining security, reliability, and improving the app where those interests are not overridden by your rights; consent for processing that requires it, including relevant advertising or analytics practices; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Third-party services

CleanPlus uses the following Google services. Their processing also depends on the service configuration, applicable terms, and your choices.

These services do not receive your media file contents from CleanPlus for cleaning. Third-party websites you choose to open are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Android permissions and your choices

Photo, video, or storage access is used for the corresponding cleaning functions. The access Android makes available depends on its version and your device. Where Android offers a limited selection or system picker, the app’s access is limited by what you grant. Features requiring broader access may not operate fully if you deny it.

You can review or revoke permissions in Android Settings → Apps → CleanPlus → Permissions. Exact menu names vary by manufacturer. Revoking access does not itself delete an account or previously collected information.

You can review connected access in your Google Account connections, adjust available advertising preferences in Google My Ad Center, and manage your device’s advertising ID and privacy settings where supported. Regional consent choices presented in the app apply to the processing described there. Contact us if you need help with an analytics, advertising, or consent-related request.

Where access or processing falls outside what you would reasonably expect, a privacy policy alone is not permission: the app must separately explain the purpose and obtain the consent or authorization required before that processing.

6. Sharing and international processing

We share the information necessary to operate the Google services above and use email and hosting providers to deliver support and this website. Those providers process information for the relevant service. AdMob’s advertising data sharing is described above; we do not sell or provide the contents of your media files to advertisers.

We may disclose limited information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect users or the security of our services, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on applicable transfer safeguards, such as contractual protections and other legally recognized mechanisms. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

7. Retention, account deletion, and local data

• Media contents: remain on your device; we do not retain server copies of your photos, videos, or junk-file contents for cleaning.
• Account and sign-in information: is kept while needed to provide your account, until you request deletion or it is no longer necessary, subject to limited legal or security obligations.
• Analytics and diagnostics: are retained according to the applicable service’s retention mechanisms and our configuration, only for the period needed for the purposes in this policy. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be kept where they cannot reasonably identify you. Firebase provides service-specific retention information in its privacy documentation.
• Support messages: are kept while needed to resolve the request and for necessary follow-up, security, or legal records. They are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for those purposes.
• Website access records: are retained by the hosting provider for service delivery, security, and operational needs under its applicable settings and terms.

To delete your CleanPlus account and associated personal data, use our Account & Data Deletion page or email azem13186@gmail.com. You can request deletion even after uninstalling the app. We may verify account control, act without undue delay within applicable legal deadlines, and explain any legally permitted retention exception or extension. We also request deletion by relevant service providers where applicable.

Uninstalling CleanPlus or revoking Google access does not automatically request deletion of information held by us. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local app data, subject to Android and backup settings; neither action deletes your Google account. A remote account-deletion request does not delete personal media files from your device.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to personal information and using encrypted network connections for online service communications. Local media access is governed by Android’s security and permission controls. No storage system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Never share your Google password with us. If you believe your CleanPlus account or information is at risk, contact azem13186@gmail.com.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and challenge a decision or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Residents of jurisdictions providing advertising-related opt-out rights may also exercise the applicable rights concerning targeted advertising or data sharing.

Send requests to azem13186@gmail.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority to act. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitations. We do not penalize you for exercising a protected privacy right.

10. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction without the necessary consent and safeguards. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to CleanPlus, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.

Use of Google sign-in and advertising is also subject to applicable age restrictions, consent requirements, and Google’s policies. The app’s audience and content rating are described in its Google Play listing when available.

11. This website

This website does not load advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, social media embeds, or third-party fonts. It does not use cookies or browser storage for tracking. Images, scripts, and styles are served with the site. The hosting infrastructure receives technical request information such as IP address, request path, browser headers, and timing to deliver and protect the website.

The support form prepares an email using your device’s email application. Form contents are not submitted to or stored by this website. A request is sent only when you send the email yourself. Any email we receive is handled as described under support data above.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Where required, we provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
